**The Role**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative for arenaflex Dining, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our guests from the moment they interact with us. You will be responsible for:

* Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our menu, services, and promotions.
* Resolve guest issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, seasonal offerings, and special promotions to make informed recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and cleanliness.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a related role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
