With no outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls, you can focus on what matters most - delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls from REALTORS® and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Utilizing our systems and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues. Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting performance standards. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. Training hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks. Competitive Compensation : We offer a competitive hourly wage of $14.00, with opportunities for advancement and pay increases. Attendance bonuses are also available. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong telephone skills and good written and verbal communication skills. A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A background and drug screen clearance (required). Preferred qualifications include: 1 year of customer service experience. 1 year of call center experience.
