Key Responsibilities Manage inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, following established call center scripts and protocols. Research participant accounts and address basic questions or issues, providing accurate and efficient responses. Maintain accurate records of all conversations, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and compliant with contractual requirements. Perform tasks associated with call handling, including basic plan and participant file research and updates. Meet contractual qualitative and quantitative targets, ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Collaborate with team members to achieve strategic objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: A minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, taking inbound calls and providing customer service support. Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently document customer interactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers. A strong commitment to quality and accuracy, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience working with government customers or in a related field. Familiarity with customer service software and technology, including call center platforms and CRM systems. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
