Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Partner Client Achievement Agent in Card Administrations, you will play a critical role in supporting clients and resolving moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services via phone. Key Responsibilities Support clients and resolve moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services via phone Perform routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while adhering to work rules, policies, and guidelines Consistently receive direction from management, escalate questions, and refer more difficult issues to Sr. Client Achievement Representatives Express empathy while assisting our clients as you resolve their issues Be available to assist our clients on the phone for extended periods in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls Navigate multiple computer systems as you research client needs and offer solutions, all while communicating effectively and accurately while conveying information Training and Schedule You will receive in-depth classroom training, on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about arenaflex banking products, policies, and services. The training program starts on a designated date and lasts for several weeks. Training hours are typically from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You are expected to attend the full duration of this paid training program. After completing the training, your regular schedule will be based on business needs and may include working at least one weekend day and some holidays. Your schedule may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the terms of the shift differential policy. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in surveying and addressing the needs of clients or handling customer issues, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Ability to provide solid customer support while listening, eliciting information efficiently, understanding, and resolving complex customer issues Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management Essential Microsoft Office skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information Experience in delivering results in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Good attention to detail and accuracy skills Ability to learn business operations and processes quickly Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
