Key Responsibilities

Shift Availability and Requirements
We have full-time and part-time positions available, with shifts available from 4PM to 11PM or 12AM during the week. You must be available to work at least one weekend day every week (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays, depending on scheduling needs. Availability for both weekend days is a plus, and we encourage applicants who can offer flexibility in their scheduling.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
Excellent listening comprehension skills and ability to empathize with customers
Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems
Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with excellent phone etiquette
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations

Spanish/English bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
