As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. This is a full-time position, working evening shifts, with a competitive salary and benefits package. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Greeting and checking customers into the arenaflex Store * Ensuring that prohibited items are not brought into the testing room * Helping customers resolve test and registration issues * Providing information and guidance on check-in/check-out processes * Monitoring in-progress testing * Regular upkeep of staff areas and the testing room * Providing support and developing skills for Scanning Operations * Interacting with faculty and staff, answering questions about the testing system, and arenaflex policy **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to stand for extended periods and periodically walk through the testing room * Flexibility to take an occasional morning shift * Ability to learn how to use new software * High school diploma or equivalent required; prior relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education * No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education * Required certifications: None **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and cultures * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
