Job Summary In this full-time position, you will oversee customer repair requests from start to finish, working closely with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs. Your exceptional communication and analytical skills will enable you to ensure accurate invoicing, run reports, and analyze data to recommend process changes that improve productivity. As a team player and self-starter, you will participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals, contributing to the overall success of our customer service department. Key Responsibilities Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution Collaborate with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, optimizing workflow and productivity Ensure accurate invoicing and send invoices to customers in a timely manner Run reports and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement, recommending changes that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals, contributing to the ongoing development of our customer service department Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess a combination of education and experience that demonstrates your ability to provide exceptional customer service and coordinate complex repair requests.
