Our motto is "Hire Fast, Pay Fast," and we're proud to offer a range of benefits and perks that make us a great place to work. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers inside and outside our centers with our products and services * Using smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory * Moving and hooking up our trucks and trailers * Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels * Answering questions and educating customers regarding our products and services * Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental * Installing hitches and trailer wiring * Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record * A high school diploma or equivalent **Work Environment** The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals.
