As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting English-speaking subscribers with their queries and concerns. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support to English-speaking arenaflex subscribers via chat and phone
* Answer how-to questions about payment, streaming, and content issues
