Collaborate with multiple departments, including Claims & Returns, Wholesale, International, and QC, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Document and communicate any issues or problems that arise during shifts, and escalate to the Customer Experience Director as needed
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
