Join Our Team as a Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact between our manufacturing company and its customers, providing top-notch support and driving success through your diverse skillset.

Key Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact and liaison between customers and company, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
Assist with EDI data entry, including complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Process purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notifications, and invoicing systems for all EDI orders, maintaining up-to-date records and minimizing errors.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Process incoming problem tickets from Distributors and Direct Customers, investigating and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with EDI order processing, including data entry and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of order processing systems and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience with manufacturing industry-specific software and systems.
Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
Certifications or training in customer service or a related field.
