**Job Summary**

As an eBay Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. You'll work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, either through phone, email, or chat
* Utilize various tools and systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and processes
* Meet or exceed performance and metric standards, including AHT, resolution, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of call center or relevant customer service experience
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
* Proficiency in various software applications, including CRM systems and customer service platforms
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
