**Experienced Customer Service Representative - Eagle County Regional Airport**

Our shared vision is to become the world's best and most trusted mobility company, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this goal. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. You'll gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone * Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner * Provide directions and general assistance * Assist to assess condition of rental upon return * Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions * Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed * Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services * May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment * Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance * Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed * Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing * Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned **Available Schedule** * Monday: 12:30PM - 9:00PM * Tuesday: 12:30PM - 9:00PM * Wednesday: 12:30PM - 9:00PM * Thursday: 12:30PM - 9:00PM * Friday: 12:30PM - 9:00PM * Saturday: OFF * Sunday: OFF **What We Offer** * Competitive salary up to $23.50/hour * Paid time off * Employee rental car discounts * Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Training and development * Bonus incentives **Essential Qualifications** * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years * No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future * Must have at least 6 months customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Must have worked 12 (twelve) months or more at most recent employer * Experience working late nights preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role * Knowledge of rental car industry and services * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office **Why Join arenaflex?** * Opportunity to work for a dynamic and rapidly growing company * Competitive salary and benefits package * Comprehensive training and development program * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Chance to work with a diverse and talented team * Opportunity to grow and develop your career **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
