Your daily tasks will include: * Communicating promptly and professionally with customers to provide support and product information * Providing order status information and delivery updates * Managing cancellation requests * Resolving customer complaints * Improving overall customer satisfaction **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in customer service, with at least 1 year of experience * Reliability and the ability to work full-time during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Central Europe Time) * A proper service mentality, with a desire to listen to the needs and concerns of our customers and show a genuine effort in solving their problems quickly and efficiently * Patience and self-control, with the ability to stay calm in stressful situations * The ability to learn fast and stay open-minded **Preferred Qualifications** While we're looking for candidates with previous experience in customer service, we also value a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
