About the Role: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Researching: Go the extra mile to find out everything about the destination, weather, customs, special activities, and more. Prove to clients that you can provide more value than they can find booking it on their own.
Booking: Book all travel plans as needed for your clients, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities. Utilize vendors that offer wholesale pricing to get even better deals for your clients.
Client Relationships: Develop a rapport with clients to get all the info you need to book any type of travel. Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after their vacation to ensure client loyalty. Maintain excellent client records to assist repeat clients more easily.
Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the travel industry through daily trainings on new products, resorts, cruise destinations, and exclusive specials.


Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:

At least 18 years of age
Equipped with a smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
Willing to learn and be coachable
Self-motivated and passionate about helping others
Comfortable with various social media platforms
Able to effectively communicate with clients (sales or customer service background a plus but not required)
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Comfortable working with minimal supervision
