**About the Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, in-person, and online interactions
* Taking orders, answering questions, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operate all equipment, including cash registers, credit card machines, and pizza preparation equipment
* Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler
* Prepare product, including making pizzas, salads, and other menu items
* Receive and process telephone orders, including taking payments and handling customer complaints
* Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, including tracking sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback
* Clean equipment and facility approximately daily, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 16 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on productivity, accuracy, and quality
* Basic math skills, including the ability to handle cash, make change, and balance a cash register
