As a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will be a key member of our team, representing our brand on support calls and handling service requests and customer complaints. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
* Schedule appointments and assign daily work/calls to other team members, ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient service.
* Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business, helping to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
* Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.
* Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing and reviewing purchase orders, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions, helping to develop your skills and expertise.

**Job Requirements:**

* Minimum two years of admin experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
* Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Positive attitude and a team player who can work independently, with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
* General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, with typing skills a plus.
