**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Communicating with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners via phone or written correspondence to answer routine questions, process transactions, or resolve issues.
* Documenting customer inquiries and related customer data electronically to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
* Assisting service teams with back-office support functions to ensure seamless operations.
* Protecting the confidentiality of plan participants and policyholders to ensure compliance with privacy policies and procedures.
* Supporting department goals by achieving established service standards and metrics.

**What You Bring**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 0-2 years of related experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance settings (highly preferred).
* Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to assess situations and take initiative.
* Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills.
