Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls from members, providing accurate and timely information regarding their pharmacy benefit plans
Address questions and concerns regarding medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions
Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding
Utilize computer applications to access member information, research issues, and provide solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve the overall healthcare experience
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to issue resolve in a positive, helpful manner
Willingness to engage with members in a patient, supportive way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the member's quality of life
