Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Inside Sales Center in Lombard, IL. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for speaking with potential customers regarding their product needs, scheduling in-home sales consultations, and providing exceptional customer service experiences. Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential customer leads for sales consultations and quotes
Serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers via phone, providing exceptional customer service and support
Review information provided by customers to confirm accuracy, determine availability for in-home sales consultations, and document interactions within our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Overcome objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost, and other concerns, and schedule sales consultations as soon as possible
De-escalate calls where appropriate, providing solutions that leave customers satisfied with the resolution
Exceed customer service expectations by delivering outstanding experiences to every potential customer
Adhere to schedules, maintaining an acceptable level of service, customer satisfaction, and quality
Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a dynamic call center or customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service experiences
Ability to juggle various work activities, shift attention from one task to another, and meet the demands of different stakeholders without compromising quality or service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment, with a "roll up your sleeves" and "today not tomorrow" mentality
Active listening skills, with the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully
Detail-oriented, with the ability to focus on tasks, find efficient and effective pathways to completion, and maintain a high level of accuracy and quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate articulately and professionally with internal and external parties
Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection
Ability to provide timely and empathetic help, recognizing, understanding, and managing one's own emotions and those of others, and fostering positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Understand and broad knowledge of financial software
