**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in handling customer inquiries and service requests
* Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Generating sales leads that develop into new customers through effective communication and relationship-building
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
* Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Communicating with customers to acknowledge and resolve issues, and to provide professional customer support
* Processing orders, forms, and requests in a timely and accurate manner
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
* Collaborating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer service and support
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support to drive loyalty and growth

**Ideal Candidate**

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who possesses:

* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
* The ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers
* A polished and professional demeanor, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer savvy competence to efficiently manage customer service tasks
* A minimum of 3 years of professional customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
* Availability to work Monday through Sunday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 3 years of professional customer service experience
