Job Opportunity: Work from Home Customer Service Representative blithequark is seeking talented and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Florida. As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, providing telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. To be considered for this role, you must live within 75 miles of our blithequark Specialty pharmacy location in Orlando, FL. Key Responsibilities Provide overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and re-verifying benefits Assist patients with translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system Communicate and collect copay amounts, obtain authorizations, and work with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues Demonstrate superb communication skills to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners, ensuring the timely processing of specialty medications and meeting financial and clinical expectations Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate compassionate, genuine care for patients and customers. You should be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.
