We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex Store 2707485, located at 6227 Deltona Blvd, Spring Hill, Florida 34606. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch service to our customers while working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll be responsible for:
Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to our store
Operating the register and handling cash transactions with ease
Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting our products
Working with our food program to provide a seamless customer experience
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, exceeding their expectations
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be expected to:
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
Interact with customers daily, building strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
Work collaboratively with our team to achieve daily goals and objectives
Think creatively to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions
Perform tasks at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile

Excellent at selling products to customers and providing exceptional customer care
Strong in communication and friendly conversation
Able to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude

Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
Retail and customer service experience
Sales associate or cashiering experience
A high school diploma or equivalent
Motivation to advance in their career
A willingness to learn and have fun
Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include:
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
