**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks. **Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* **Fielding inbound communications**: Answering phone calls, responding to general email inquiries, and routing communications to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
* **Coordinating scheduling**: Setting up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.
* **Organizing internal resources**: Building out and maintaining processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
* **Liaising with visitors**: Acting as the point person for office guests and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
* **Communicating policies and procedures**: Alerting employees of new processes, rules, and regulations to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment.
* **Facilitating executive-level operations**: Booking travel, submitting expense reports, and sending communications for high-level staff as needed.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* **High school diploma**: A minimum educational requirement.
* **1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist**: Preferred experience in a similar role.
* **Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills**: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
* **Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment**: Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* **Positive, high-energy attitude**: A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
* **Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set**: The ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex problems.
* **Familiarity with office equipment**: Experience with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and projectors.
