Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at Jerezee Construction, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include: Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing timely and professional support to address their concerns and questions. Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues and challenges that arise during projects. Take ownership of client concerns, escalate as needed, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution. Project Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff, including coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and updating project records. Stay up-to-date on project timelines and milestones to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients on their experience working with Jerezee Construction, including satisfaction levels, areas for improvement, and suggestions for future projects. Analyze feedback to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and relevant documentation.
