About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, crafting meaningful connections with our customers and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You'll work with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, assisting them with ticketing and luggage, greeting them as they start and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. Your goal will be to provide a pleasant, professional, confident, and insightful experience that makes their travel memorable. Key Responsibilities Interacting with customers in a kind and helpful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer Working every day with a safety mentality by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards Navigating challenges by being steady but adaptable, maintaining composure, and managing issues without taking customer frustration personally Collaborating with others, assisting colleagues, and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum of 18 years old Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Ability to meet business attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Competitive Salary : Up to $27.00/hour, with seniority-based pay raises and additional compensation for shift differential and overtime Travel Benefits : Fly blithequark for free - domestic and international - and bring your friends and family too!
