Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative - Client-Facing Operations and Issue Resolution at Blithequark, you'll serve as a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. You'll strive to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client. Key Responsibilities: Respond to client service requests and issues via phone, email, or letter, providing timely and effective solutions. Deliver first-call resolution for a high percentage of inquiries, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution. Develop and maintain technical acumen to accurately identify, research, and resolve client issues. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience and fostering long-term relationships. Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and issue resolution. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or client-facing environment. Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Capability to develop technical acumen and adapt to new systems and processes. Experience working from home or in a remote environment (work-from-home arrangement). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies. Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or related fields.
