You'll be responsible for: * Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform * Responding to incoming emails from customers * Requesting contact lens prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed * Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase * Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment * Delivering solutions to customers in a way that creates a positive experience * Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability * Problem-solving and thinking on your feet to keep customers and the company satisfied **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
