Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven customer service experience in a call center or related environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality targets. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the financial services industry or with a similar product offering. Bilingual or multilingual skills. Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, such as chat and email platforms.
