You're a great fit if you: * Show empathy and professionalism on every call * Stay calm under pressure * Are detail-oriented and quick to adapt * Work well independently and with a team * Maintain strong ethics and a positive attitude **Your Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls, emails, and text messages from clients and their families * Scheduling, confirming, and updating transportation appointments in a timely and efficient manner * Collecting and entering accurate data into our systems to ensure seamless communication and coordination * Handling complaints professionally and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner * Making outbound calls for appointment coordination and ensuring that clients receive the best possible service * Following all department procedures and quality standards to ensure exceptional client experiences * Staying up to date on policies and protocols to provide the best possible service to our clients * Supporting team efforts to ensure exceptional client experiences and providing a positive impact on the lives of those we serve **What You Need** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM) * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Eligibility to work in the U.S. * Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods * Ability to pass a Level II background check **Our Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Competitive pay: $16.00 per hour * 4% matched 401(k) after one year * Up to 75% of medical insurance paid by the company * 5 days paid time off after one year and 6 paid holidays after 90 days **Why Choose arenaflex?** We're a family-owned and operated company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion in all we do.
