As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing transactions, and utilizing our CRM software to manage our service technicians' schedules. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Sign up customers for service plans and schedule service calls as needed
* Utilize CRM software to route and schedule service technicians' daily schedules
* Process credit card payments and manage customer transactions
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar industry
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
* Detail-oriented and multi-tasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Previous experience with credit card processing and customer transactions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a small office environment

* Ability to work a seasonal full-time schedule (March 1st – December 1st)
* Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
