* Process overview: Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to get product knowledge.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
* Educational and Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma.
* Experience: 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Proven track record of meetings and exceeding service standards.
* Skills: Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both IOS and Android platforms. Advanced skills in MS Office suite. Bilingual (desirable). A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Excellent writing, strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
