As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your enthusiasm, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make all the difference in their experience. **Get Paid to Talk!** As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience through assisting with in-store duties and learning the ins and outs of our business. You'll earn an hourly base pay of $16.00, plus the satisfaction of knowing you're making a real difference in our customers' lives. **Great Hours!** Our Customer Service Representatives work mostly on weekends and in the evenings, making it an ideal after-school job, second job, summer job, or part-time job for anyone looking to work flexible hours. We value work-life balance and will always try to accommodate your schedule needs. **Opportunities for Growth** In our CSR position, you'll have an excellent opportunity to learn the in-store side of our business and eventually move into management. Blithequark is committed to promoting from within, and many of our General Managers started as drivers or Customer Service Representatives.
