Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, focusing on benefits enrollment. Key Responsibilities Receive and manage 30-40 inbound calls per day from a queue, providing top-notch service to ADP client employees regarding benefits and open enrollment. Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and their dependents, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options and benefits. Analyze and combine data to provide detailed information on benefits, group insurance programs, and utilization, identifying areas where program design or administrative procedures might need modification. Record employee enrollments in benefits accurately and efficiently, utilizing specialty knowledge in benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures. Demonstrate strong customer service skills, resolving issues, answering questions, and providing support via inbound calls, with minor interactions via email and chat. Qualifications and Requirements To excel in this role, candidates must possess previous customer service experience, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate basic Microsoft Office programs like Outlook and Word while on calls with customers. A strong attendance record and reliability are crucial for success in this position. Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliability and a strong attendance record. Preferred Qualifications Experience in benefits administration or a related field. Knowledge of insurance programs and benefits enrollment processes. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with ADP systems or similar benefits administration software.
