About This Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in a hybrid setup based in Chicago, IL. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales representatives, warehouse teams, and management to ensure complete order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Information Mastery: Utilize our CRM and internal databases to retrieve critical customer information, order history, product details, and pricing data to address inquiries promptly.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications


1-3 years of customer service or support experience – You understand how to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Strong Excel skills – You're comfortable working with spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills – You can articulate clearly, listen actively, and write professional correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications


SAP or other CRM software experience
