What You Bring to the Role

A High School Diploma or GED required
Aim to exceed standard call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
Computer proficiency skills and ability to learn new systems
A process-focused approach to building customer relationships
Availability to work shift times between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday
For 100% remote and hybrid roles, you will need to have an appropriate internet speed of 50 mbps or higher download speed to be effective at home
