Key Responsibilities

Accept inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions

Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
PC proficiency in Windows-based applications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in customer service or a related field

Reliability and consistency with scheduling standards
Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy and express confirmation and confidence
