You'll work closely with customers to understand their appliance needs, manage delivery and installation scheduling, communicate backorder updates, and provide solutions to their appliance-related challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage walk-in traffic and provide exceptional customer service * Project manage delivery and installation scheduling for clients' needs * Communicate backorder updates and provide solutions to customers * Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers * Execute marketing programs and other company initiatives * Manage repeat customers needing products for rental and other property investments **Advancement Opportunities:** We're committed to helping our team members grow and succeed in their careers.
