Job Overview In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will play a vital part in providing top-notch support to our home delivery services, ensuring seamless communication between our Network Carrier Partners, customers, clients, and blithequark representatives. Your expertise in dispatching delivery teams, maintaining positive customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency will be essential in directly supporting our clients' customers and upholding the high standards of blithequark. As a local blithequark representative within the market, you will foster a positive image, ensure adherence to our standards and operating procedures, and embody our culture and values. Key Responsibilities Coordinate effective communication flow between Network Carrier Partners, customers, clients, and blithequark representatives to ensure timely and accurate information exchange. Provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure carrier teams adhere to client SOW procedures, maintaining high standards for all operational activities. Act as a local blithequark representative within the market, fostering a positive image and ensuring adherence to blithequark standards and operating procedures, while upholding the blithequark culture and values. Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and terms, supporting contract drivers and customers daily. Monitor routes and provide all interested parties with updates related to delivery orders and escalations, handling inbound and outbound calls throughout the scheduled shift. Conduct truck check-in and loadout throughout the week, updating various reports and trackers to maintain accurate records. Conduct inventory audits or dock checks to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy. Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company values and mission. The essential requirements include: 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to customers and stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups and individuals. Schedule flexibility, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Preferred qualifications include experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field, with knowledge of dispatching and routing principles. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in a related field being an asset.
