Your Life as a Dispatch / Customer Service Rep at blithequark In this essential full-time dispatching and CSR position, you will be the backbone of our customer service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: Managing large amounts of incoming calls and assessing customer needs Dispatching technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Fostering strong working relationships with customers through open and transparent communication Handling customer complaints with composure and providing solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion Following up with customers to ensure resolutions were effective Completing administrative tasks, such as keeping records of customer interactions and ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate Following all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Engaging customers and taking the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service As a Dispatch / Customer Service Rep at blithequark, you will take pride in the role you play on our team and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off in successful dispatching operations and fully satisfied customers! Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A completed high school diploma Prior experience in customer support or client services (at least 2 years) Excellent dispatching skills and above-average phone handling and active listening skills Familiarity with working with CRM systems and practices A valid driver's license The ability to pass a background check and drug screen Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in a dispatch or customer service role in a related industry Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive hourly pay of $12 - $14/hour plus performance bonuses, which can translate to a yearly salary of $26,000 - $32,000+.
