About the Role In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming calls, assessing customer needs, and dispatching technicians. Your strong customer service skills will be utilized to foster strong working relationships with customers through open and transparent communication. You will be the face of our company, and your ability to provide exceptional service, handle complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner will be crucial to our success.
