Ensuring compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements related to sales and service practices.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a sales and service environment.
Proven track record of building client relationships, resolving complaints, and closing sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
