Help clients with baggage-related inquiries, lost or damaged luggage, and baggage carousel procedures. Collaborate with various departments within the airline to address complex client requests or special requests. Stay up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate and reliable information to clients. Utilize computer systems and software applications to process client requests and update reservation information. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require higher education or relevant experience in customer service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or upset clients with patience and empathy. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as airline operations are continuous. Knowledge of computer systems and basic software applications for data entry and communication. A client-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to work simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
