As a Ramp Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers and employees. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of cargo and baggage, while providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority.
