Our mission is to become the world's best and most trusted mobility company, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to help us achieve this vision. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, in a fast-paced airport location. You will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone * Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner * Provide directions and general assistance * Assist to assess condition of rental upon return * Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions * Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed * Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services * May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment * Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance * Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed * Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: + Research and billing support tasks + Accounts receivables + Transfer and key logs + Run miscellaneous reports + Supply maintenance + Process customer billing * Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned **Available Schedule** * Monday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM * Tuesday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM * Wednesday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM * Thursday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM * Friday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM * Saturday: OFF * Sunday: OFF **What We Offer** * Competitive salary up to $23.50 per hour * Paid time off * Employee rental car discounts * Retirement savings plan including 401(k) with matching profit sharing * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Training and development * Bonus incentives * Opportunities for career growth and advancement **Requirements** * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years * No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years * Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future * Must have at least 6 months customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Must have worked 12 (twelve) months or more at most recent employer * Experience working late nights preferred **Why Join arenaflex?** * Be part of a dynamic and growing company that values customer satisfaction and employee growth * Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package * Develop your skills and knowledge through local training and hands-on experience * Work in a fast-paced and exciting environment with diverse customers * Opportunities for career growth and advancement **Ready to Apply?** If you are a motivated individual ready to contribute to a thriving team, we encourage you to apply now!
