Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have Collaborate with colleagues and other department leaders to develop innovative solutions that enable business capabilities Participate in the design and development of creative batch and streaming data applications using AWS technologies Support large-scale data pipelines in a distributed and scalable environment, and optimize production AWS environment for data infrastructure and frameworks Establish containers and Serverless platform with cloud infrastructure, and provide technical guidance and direction to the team Lead and participate in the development of key subsystems of the Data Platform, and establish processes and best practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience 4+ years of professional experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines using Cloud Solution, Terraform, PySpark, Airflow, or similar technologies 2+ years of experience leading a team that designs, develops, or supports solutions on AWS Working knowledge of common AWS technologies, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Glue, SNS, and others General familiarity with other AWS technologies, and working knowledge of CI/CD tools, SQL, Python, Spark, Version control system, JIRA Hands-on experience with any object-oriented programming language, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: AWS Certification - Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar Experience with Data Quality tools - Great Expectations, Deequ, or similar Excellent knowledge and experience with Linux operating system or Windows Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
