We're seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team. As a remote worker based in South Africa, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and caregivers, while also working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Answer all incoming calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours support
* Provide timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
* Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary
* Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
* Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services
* Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed
* Complete non-urgent admin projects if time allows
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Fluent English language skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and caregivers in English.
* **Compassionate and confident**: You'll need to be able to provide empathetic and supportive responses to clients, while also being confident in your ability to resolve queries and issues.
* **Responsible and reliable**: You'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively, while also being responsive to client needs and requests.
* **10+ years' work experience in customer service and office duties**: You'll need to have a strong background in customer service and office administration, with a minimum of 10 years' experience.
* **Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours**: You'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* **Impeccable phone and computer skills**: You'll need to be able to use a computer and phone effectively, with a strong understanding of software applications and systems.
* **Staffing and/or health care experience**: You'll need to have experience working in a staffing or healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
* **Experience working remotely and independently to the USA**: You'll need to be able to work independently and manage your time effectively, while also being responsive to client needs and requests in a remote work environment.
* **Quiet and professional work-from-home environment**: You'll need to be able to work from a quiet and professional environment, with a reliable internet connection and a backup plan for load-shedding.
