About the Position As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our members, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will follow structured protocols and scripts to document conversations, ensuring consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations. Your daily interactions with members will involve answering transportation-related questions, supporting them in their journey towards achieving positive health outcomes, and providing exceptional customer service.
