Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
Proficiency in Windows-based applications and computer systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and resolving issues efficiently
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
An Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a health care or insurance setting
Ability to issue resolve in a positive, helpful manner
