* Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their queries.
* Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications efficiently and effectively.
* Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, ensuring seamless integration with our application programs.
* Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
* Developing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
* Staying up-to-date on all FORWARD application programs to provide excellent applicant support and identify areas for improvement.
* Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to enhance our customer service experience.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences.
* Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, and a willingness to continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
* Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.

* Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to accommodate occasional overtime or evening shifts.
